Should I stay or should I go……..

Myself and a couple friends had planned on making the Sturgis run an annual guys run, ride, sleep with your bike under the stars wherever you end up and ride some more, drink some beer and have some fun. This year things aren’t looking good, everyone has cancelled due to tight finances, understandable. When you have a family, they come 1st, period.

However, I still have the means to go…..and my wife has given me the go ahead…..

Should I stay or should I go now….

I’m gonna have to listen to that damn song now, lol!

The "9"

My Vulcan 900 Classic has become known as the “9”. Myself and both my sons have put miles on her to the tune of just over 30,000 of them. She’s been one hell of a work-horse and has never let us down. Since I got my Drifter, I’m taking more of a bobber approach to the 9. I got some 5″ straight risers and drag bars from a friend who updated his ’88 FXRS so on the 9 they went!

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics, but it’s all I had with, lol! I definitely like the change, but she’s got a ways to go yet!

30,000 miles!

She’s been my work horse bike since I bought her new in ’08. It’s our ’07 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic. She’s given us 30,000 trouble free miles and more memories than I can count.
